Public HearingsPublic Hearings will be hosted in Upper Merion Township, the Municipality of Norristown and Upper Darby Township in 2017. The Public Hearings will provide an opportunity for all interested parties to review the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS) document, view project materials, and attend a presentation. Public Hearing attendees may provide testimony publicly or privately, and all comments will be recorded by a stenographer.
Public Comment PeriodThe Draft EIS will be available for review and posted to the Federal Registrar as part of a formal comment period. During that time, all comments and questions received via mail, comments cards, e-mail, through the website comment form, and submitted during the Public Hearings, will be considered formal testimony on the document and reviewed by SEPTA and FTA. In addition to being posted to the Federal Registrar, the Draft EIS will be available on the project website and printed copies will also be made available at local and county government offices and libraries.
